$900 if we cater. $1000 with food supplied other than from Café Savannah’s. Tables, chairs, silverware & plates are an additional charge. |

Do you have a place to dress and get ready for a ceremony? |

Yes, we will provide the upstairs of Cafe Savannah’s complete with a reception area with couches and bathrooms. This room is complimentary to any wedding ceremony held at the Glass Veranda. |

What time can I gain access to the Veranda on the day of event? |
|
|
7:00 a.m. the day of the event. This is dependant on no other events booked on the same day. Please discuss with the Special Events Manager prior to event date. We will be happy to accommodate the best we can. |

Do you have partnerships with photographers or DJ’s? |
|
|
Yes we recommend DJ Connections www.djconnectiontulsa.com and we have a list of recommended photographers that we can provide during consultation. |

Where are the closest hotels for our guests? |

We recommend the Holiday Inn Express Hotels & Suites Broken Arrow next to Bass Pro Shops. Plus if you book your event with us any out of town guests can receive a Special Forest Ridge discount on rates. Ask booking department for more information. We also recommend Renaissance Hotel & Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites – Broken Arrow |

Are any deposits necessary? |

$700 to secure the date. This fee will be applied to your total event pricing. |

No, a clean-up fee is included in your total event pricing. |

Any limitations on photography? |
|
|
No. But, if you have images that you would like to share with us for future marketing we would be glad to work out details. All we would need is a signed talent release. |

Do you have a sound system? |

We have a microphone but we do not have a CD player. |

Is there ample parking available? |

Yes, in the main parking lot of Forest Ridge Golf Club. |

May we use rice or birdseed? |

Birdseed is fine but bubbles are preferred. We do not allow rice. |
